The “Livio app” application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”) operates as a comprehensive digital platform for the provision of lifestyle, convenience, and support services, designed for the visitors and the residents of The Ellinikon. Through the Application, the users can access a wide range of functionalities and services related to their daily experience and activities within The Ellinikon, including, indicatively, parking services, booking and use of sports facilities, information services, entertainment, benefits and privileges, and personalized assistance. The purpose of the Application is to provide a modern and user friendly experience that facilitates users’ interaction with the services available at The Ellinikon, supporting an innovative and sustainable urban lifestyle.
We would like to assure you that, for LAMDA Smart Living S.M.S.A., the protection of the personal data of the Application’s users is of paramount importance. For this reason, we implement appropriate measures to safeguard the personal data that we process in connection with the operation of the Application and to ensure that such processing is always carried out in accordance with the requirements set out by the applicable legal and regulatory framework, both by us and by third parties who process personal data on our behalf.
Through the Application, users are able to create and manage their personal account (user profile), make reservations for services and facilities, manage payments and vehicle information, subscribe to the Company’s newsletter, contact us regarding any matter of interest, and use other functionalities and services made available through the Application. In this context, we process your personal data in order to properly provide the functionalities of the Application and the services available through it, including the creation, management, and support of your account within the Application, the booking and management of parking spaces and sports facilities, the provision of parking and sports facility services, the management of your access to the facilities and the services that you choose to use, the processing and administration of payments and transactions relating to the provided services, and the sending of operational communications and notifications that are necessary for the provision of the Application’s services.
b) The protection of our legitimate interests: When the processing is necessary for the purposes of protecting the legitimate interests pursued by our Company, provided that such interests are not overridden by your rights and interests. The legitimate interests pursued by our Company may include, among others, the following:
